Luther College names Kevin Kraus a Vice President

decorahnews.com has learned that Luther College biology professor Dr. Kevin Kraus has been named Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College.

Kraus has been a member of the Luther faculty since 1989.  He has also served for six years as associate dean; has served on several college committees; and chaired the faculty committee which planned the renovation of Valders Hall of Science and the construction of the new Sampson Hoffland Laboratories.

Kraus will begin his duties on July 1st.
