VOLUNTEER WEEK: Winneshiek County 4-H program recognizes its volunteers

The Winneshiek County 4-H program is recognizing its many volunteers during National Volunteer Week this week.

Not only do volunteers serve many functions for the 4-H program, but recently some volunteers showed their dedication to the 4-H program by attending a spring volunteer training session to better strengthen the 4-H program and to learn how to incorporate Community Service Learning in our communities.
