Decorah Mayor Don Arendt spells out why he opposes gardens in the boulevard

Decorah Mayor Don Arendt has issued a listing of the reasons he is opposed to an ordinance that would make it legal for people to use the boulevard property in front of their homes for gardens.

Arendt, who has said he would veto the ordinance if the city council approves it, lists a number of reasons for his opposition
