"Battle of the Books" caps local reading incentive program

A group of 7th & 8th graders huddles to come up with the answers to a book quiz

Around 250 students from Decorah, St. Benedict's and North Winneshiek schools gathered Tuesday afternoon to answer questions about books they have been reading since last November.

The "Battle of the Books" involved 3rd through 8th grade students.  The reading incentive program is in its third year.
