NICC Calmar to hold seminar for adult learners Wednesday

NICC Calmar will hold a career planning event for adult learners Wednesday.  The "Return to Learning" program will run from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  It will include a chance to explore career options, to listen to current NICC adult students and their college experiences and to enjoy a complimentary meal at the new NICC Student Center.

Current NICC adult students will serve as panelists, along with NICC staff members.  They will share information on the demands and challenges of being an adult student, academic expectations, online classes, NICC credit programs, and financial aid and scholarships. Career Services office personnel will discuss career planning and administer an interest assessment test to identify programs for interested students.
