Decorah Clinic adds family physician

Dr. Paul Wenner has been hired as the newest family medicine physician at Decorah Clinic.

Wenner earned two undergraduate degrees, then attended the University of Minnesota for medical school.  He completed his residency at Franciscan Skemp Healthcare in La Crosse.

Dr. Wenner is a member of the American Academy of Family Practitioners, Mayo Alumni Society, American Medical Association and Phi Sigma Iota – International Foreign Language Honor Society.

An international volunteer and traveler, Dr. Wenner has helped to develop housing in Guatemala, windmills in African bush villages and recently returned from a trip to South America.  "I hope to continue to volunteer and travel to other countries, with the intentions of making a difference in the lives of underprivileged people."
