The National Weather Service Office in La Crosse says the flooding threat along the Upper Iowa River is ending.

River levels were falling Friday at Decorah and at Dorchester, where minor flooding was reported on Thursday.

But the Weather Service says a flood warning remains in effect for the Cedar River at Charles City, where the river is two feet above flood stage.
