Duluth man arrested on intoxication charges

Decorah Police arrested a Duluth, Minnesota man on public intoxication charges over the weekend.

Police say 19-year-old Jonathan Nevala-Plageman was found walking on College Drive. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication, then taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
