Two Decorah business accused of tobacco law violations

A public hearing has been scheduled for April 18th for two Decorah businesses accused of violating the city's tobacco laws.

Casey's General Store on Old Stage Road and JD's House of Wine and Spirits are accused of selling tobacco products to underage people.  Both stores have the option of paying the fine involved with such violations instead of attending the public hearing.  If the businesses contest the violations, the public hearing will allow them to plead their cases.
