Winneshiek County's three unions are close to agreements with the county

All three unions representing Winneshiek County employees might soon have agreements on new contracts. The road workers union and the jailers union have reached tentative agreements on contracts calling for 1.75 percent pay raises in 2012 and 2013, with a reopener for wages only in 2014.
