Decorah native announces film distribution deal

Decorah native Tim Anderson, the president of Mississippi Films Inc., has announced his company has signed a worldwide distribution agreement with Tim Warren of Green Apple Entertainment for the film "Beneath the Mississippi".
 
"Beneath the Mississippi" was produced in Iowa, with the majority of the film shot on the Mississippi River over an eight week shooting schedule.
 
Anderson praised the agreement, saying "With the film market coming back to life after the economic turndown, it is great timing to have this title in the worldwide mix."
