Parking lot is not for RVs, Decorah Police warn

The Decorah Police Department is warning people not to park their recreational vehicles in a city-owned parking lot.  

A news release from the police department says the public parking lot located between the South Alley and 400 West Main Street is posted for 48 hour parking only.  The parking lot is not intended for long-term storage of vehicles or for recreational equipment.  Compliance with the parking restrictions will assist the Street Department with winter snow removal and maintenance of the parking lot.
