New ownership will mean expansion for Pinnacle Financial Group's Decorah facilities

Pinnacle Financial Group, which employs 450 people at three call centers, including one in Decorah, has been bought by National Asset Recovery Services,Inc.

NARS is a company owned by H.I.G. Capital, which controls over $8.5 billion in capital under management.  Pinnacle was founded in 1995 and currently has headquarters in Minneapolis.

The purchase of Pinnacle Financial gives NARS a total of seven sites in the United States, Jamaica and Panama with 3,500 employees.

Pinnacle Financial Decorah office manager Heather Dieschbourg says she has been told by NARS officials that they want to increase employment at the Decorah office as soon as possible.  Dieschbourg says the new company will hire up to an additional 75 employees, if qualified candidates are found.
