Charges pending in accident on Trout Run Road

Two people were injured Sunday in a one-car accident on Trout Run Road.

Police say 18-year-old Jaime Cline of West Union lost control of his car and entered a ditch. The car rolled over, injuring Cline and a passenger, 17-year-old Caitlyn Mitts. Both were taken to Winneshiek Medical Center by ambulance.

Charges are pending against Cline. His car was a total loss.
