Decorah Police have wrapped up their investigation into the unauthorized sale of pharmaceuticals by two Decorah teenagers.

As a result, 16-year-old Elizabeth Cepeda and 15-year-old Kyle Masek have been charged with Selling Pharmaceuticals without Proper Licensing and have been referred to Juvenile Court Services.

Police say one of the buyers of the pharmaceuticals--a 14-year-old Decorah girl--had an adverse reaction to the medication and had to seek medical attention.  "Taking pharmaceuticals that are not prescribed to you is a very dangerous practice," said the police news release.
