11:25 p.m.--FINAL, UNOFFICIAL RESULTS

All 14 precincts now have reported in Winneshiek County.  Here are the results:

--Independent Teresa Bockman will be Winneshiek County's new County Recorder.  Bockman had a total of 3,052 votes.  Republican LaVonne Bjergum had 2,652 votes and Democrat Barbara Ettleson had 2,428 votes.

--County Board Chairman Dean Darling has lost his re-election bid.  Republican Lonnie Pierce had 581 votes, Darling had 529 votes and Democrat Mark Kuhn had 509 votes.

--District #2 Supervisor John Logsdon has won re-election.  Logsdon defeated Democrat Warren Palm 1,105 to 558.

--Other winners in Winneshiek County were U.S. Senator Charles Grassley, Congressman Tom Latham, Republican gubernatorial candidate Terry Branstad, State Representative John Beard and District 16 candidate Michael T. Klimesh.
