10:05 p.m.--City of Decorah wards are coming in

The latest returns from Tuesday's elections continue to show a tight race for county Recorder.

In the City of Decorah District 4, Democrat Barb Ettleson had 164 votes, with Independent Teresa Bockman getting 104 votes and Incumbent LaVonne Bjergum getting 66 votes.
