County Health Department still giving flu shots

The Winneshiek County Public Health Department will continue to give flu shots for the general public on a walk-in basis.  Vaccinations will be given Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. each day at the Winneshiek County Public Health offices at 305 Montgomery Street in Decorah.

The cost of the flu injection is $25.  The injection is offered to individuals 6 months and older.  The flu mist is also available for healthy individuals ages 2 years through 49 years and costs $30.

 Medicare eligible persons need to bring their cards.
