Local Red Cross chapter is looking for volunteers

The Tri-County Unit of the American Red Cross is offering an informational meeting Wednesday night for people interested in volunteering for the local Red Cross unit, which serves Howard, Winneshiek and Allamakee counties.

The meeting will be held at 6:30pm at the Tri-County Unit offices at 1111 Paine Street, Suite E, in Decorah.  The meeting is designed to give prospective volunteers basic information about the Red Cross and the volunteer opportunities available.
