North Winneshiek students support breast cancer awareness

North Winneshiek volleyball team members wore pink

North Winneshiek students and staff members are backing the campaign for breast cancer awareness.

Recently staff members wore T-Shirts with "Pink Power" written on them while students were decked out in pink.  Ribbons were also distributed to students and staff by the student council.   The girl's volleyball team wore matching pink striped socks during their game that evening to show that a team effort is needed to win the battle against breast cancer.
