Decorah Police issue warning to the public in the wake of an attempted home break-in

Decorah Police are warning the public to lock all the doors and windows on their houses and to lock their vehicles and garages.  The warning comes in the wake of an attempted break-in on Day Street on Wednesday.  Although the break-in was not successful, police are still investigating the incident.  They're asking anyone with any information regarding this incident or other incidents to call the police department at (563) 382-3667.
