Winner of "Edible Sculpture Contest" is named

Aidan Deen-Lester's "Potato Monster"

Aidan Deen-Lester's fanciful "Potato Monster" has been named the winner of the "Edible Sculpture Contest" sponsored by ArtHaus and the Oneota Food Co-op.

Around 20 kids who stopped in at ArtHaus were given vegetables and other food and asked to make works of art.  Photos were taken of the finished sculptures, with the public getting a chance to pick their favorite.  Aidan, who was announced as the winner on Monday, will receive a package of prizes.
