It's official. The Winneshiek County Board of Supervisors has certified that both Decorah School District referendum measures have been approved.
2,242 votes were cast on the question of whether to issue up to $10,405,000 in bonds for remodeling of Decorah High School. 1,541 votes were in favor of the issue and 701 votes were against.
Five fewer votes—2,237—were cost on the question of whether to approve the extension of the PPEL tax. 1,628 votes were in favor and 609 votes were opposed.
