Work continues on Trout Run Trail

Construction work continues on Segment 11 of the Trout Run Trail.

Crews have made a cut through the hill along Highway 52 and are working on retaining walls to the north of the cut.  City Engineer Lindsay Erdman says work on the south approach is coming along nicely.  The retaining walls on the north side are having additional bricks added.

Erdman says it has not yet been decided whether paving of the trail will be done this fall or early next spring.
