Blood found at Decorah Swimming Pool

A decorahnews.com reader asks, "What happened at the Decorah Swimming Pool Monday night, when the police came to investigate a report of blood being found?"

First of all, the blood was found in the dressing room of the pool, not at the pool itself or on the pool deck.  Secondly, no one was found who was bleeding.  Police inspected the area, pool workers cleaned up the blood, and Park-Rec officials now think a swimmer might have cut their foot and not noticed the bleeding--because no report was made to the lifeguards.
