One of the premier Celtic harp players in the world, Patrick Ball, will visit Decorah in mid-august.
Concerts by Ball have been scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Monday, August 16th, at Pepperfield Farm and the home of David CAvagnaro at 1575 Manawa Trail Road and at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 17th, at Good Shepherd Church, 701 Iowa Ave in Decorah.
Ball has recorded nine instrumental and three spoken word albums which have sold well over one-half million copies internationally and have won national awards in both the music and spoken word categories.
Ball will perform an evening of Irish storytelling along with playing the ancient, brass-strung harp of Ireland.
