Nordic Fest window decorating winners announced

Three Decorah businesses have been recognized for decorating their windows for Nordic Fest.  Fancy Pants has won the Presidents Award; Vanberia has won the Mayor's Award; and Elaine's has been recognized for the best use of this year's Nordic Fest theme.
