Kephart family is this year's Parade Grand Marshals

Ann, Jim, Russ, Lynn, Rusty and Wendy Kephart, with Nordic Fest Board president Michelle Mullins

The Kephart family will serve as grand marshals of the 2010 Nordic Fest parade.

Russ, Lynn, Rusty, Wendy, Jim and Ann have been involved in Nordic Fest since it began.  Russ and Lynn supported Nordic Fest during its opening years, while Rusty and Wendy have been Nordic Fest Board members and Jim and Ann are Nordic Dancers board members.

The Kepharts are also celebrating the 50th anniversary of their business, Kephart's Music, this year.  A meeting with Weston Noble led Russ to purchase the Thurst Kjome Music Store in Decorah on July 1st, 1960.
