Man arrested on public intoxication charges

Decorah Police were called out last Thursday night to investigate a complaint of a suspicious male who was walking on College Drive and making vulgar gestures to passing vehicles.
Police found the subject on College Drive and arrested 19-year-old Derrick Pringle of Aztek, New Mexico on public intoxication charges.
