46 Winneshiek County 4-H members qualify for State Fair

The Winneshiek County 4H/FFA program has learned that 46 of the exhibits at the 2010 Winneshiek County Fair have qualified to be exhibited at the Iowa State Fair.  Another 19 exhibits were selected as alternates.
