Decorah Police stopped a vehicle on Highway 52 on Monday--and that led to narcotics charges.
Police say they were investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers stopped the vehicle and allegedly discovered a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory in the car. The two men in the car, 25-year-old Justin Bradley of Decorah and 24-year-old Tory Lessard of Waterville, were arrested and charged with the Manufacture of a Controlled Substance.
