Decorah Chorale‏ announces Milwaukee concerts in November

The Decorah Chorale has announced it will travel to Milwaukee November 6th and 7th to present two concerts with The Milwaukee Choirsters.  The Choirsters are conducted by Dr. James Kinchen from the University of Wisconsin/Parkside.  They are recognized as the one of the region's most popular and accomplished choral organizations. They appear regularly with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, and have hosted numerous international recording artists in concert, including the world renowned Kings' Singers.  

Fall rehearsals for The Decorah Chorale begin Sunday, August 29th, with a "SingFest" and barbeque (open to all area singers) at the Winneshiek Wildberry Winery.  In addition to the Milwaukee concerts, the Chorale will present their annual "Home For Christmas" benefit concert on December 12th, 4:00 PM, at St. Benedict's Church.
