Two-car accident causes $2,800 in damages

Decorah Police say 69-year-old Janet Lambert of Decorah swerved to avoid a car coming in the opposite direction on Broadway Street Monday evening--but struck a parked car instead.  The car was owned by Patrick Sullivan of Decorah.  The accident caused a total of $2,800 in damages.  Lambert was not ticketed.
