VA Outpatient Clinic will locate in old Wal-Mart building

The Department of Veterans Affairs has announced the award of a contract for a VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Decorah.  

The 8,500 square foot clinic will be located in the former Walmart building at 915 Short Street in Decorah.  The building is owned by Farver Development of Newton, Iowa.

The Department of Veterans Affairs will staff the clinic. Design and construction of clinic space is to be complete in approximately six months. The clinic is expected to be operational by February 2011.
