Vesterheim offering free admission to all active duty military personnel and their families

Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum in Decorah has announced that it will be offering free admission to all active duty military personnel and their families through Labor Day.

More than 700 museums across the country are taking part in the free admission program as a way to thank military personnel and their families for their service and sacrifice.

The free admission program was coordinated by "Blue Star Families," a national, non-partisan, non-profit network of military families from all ranks and services including guard and reserve, with a mission to support, connect and empower military families.
