Mr. Answer Person has more information about spaying and neutering cats

Recently Mr. Answer Person was asked about the costs of spaying and neutering cats.  His article prompted a reader to send us information about an organization that helps people pay for getting their cats neutered. 

SNAP, which stands for "Spay, Neuter All Pets," has a Northeast Iowa chapter.  It can be contacted at snapofneia@hotmail.com.  The organization helped our reader and others may be able to take advantage of this service.
