Convention & Visitors Bureau preparing for Decorah visit by the WMT Tractorcade

Some 700—800 people are expected to visit Decorah in mid-June for the WMT Tractorcade.  The antique tractors will hit the roads of Northeast Iowa for three days from June 14th through June 16th.

In addition to 525 tractor owners, the WMT Tractorcade is expected to bring another 200 to 300 spouses, family members and support crew members.

To welcome the crowd, the Winneshiek County Convention & Visitors Bureau is declaring Monday, June 14th "Community Day" and asking businesses and homes to fly flags on what is also Flag Day.  The WCCVB is also hosting a street dance on Washington Street from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. featuring Done Doin' Laundry.
