Rich Reiser of DB Investment Center, located at Decorah Bank & Trust, was invited to ICA's national educational conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  The annual event provided an opportunity for attendees to share strategies for developing effective solutions to help clients reach their financial goals.
