Kayser recognized by farm group

The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers is recognizing a Decorah man.  Bill Kayser has been a member of the organization for 25 years.  ASFMRA provides training seminars for rural appraisers and has a strict code of conduct for its members.  Kayser provides appraisals for rural properties in Northeast Iowa.
