Chicago Tribune article profiles Hart's Tea and Tarts

The Chicago Tribune is profiling a Decorah business.  Hart's Tea and Tarts is the subject of an article by Tribune reporter Rick Kogan.

Says Kogan, "One of the great things about small college towns is that the people who live there are not afraid of strangers and are not loathe to tell stories."
