Decorah student takes first place in pottery at Northeast Iowa Secondary Art Show

The Northeast Iowa Secondary Art Show on Friday brought together talented students from throughout the area.  Upper Iowa University hosted the event, which included several seminars about art.  The event also included judging.  Decorah's Ingrid Rotto's won first place in the pottery category for her piece.
