Local Red Cross chapter looking for volunteers

The American Red Cross is looking for volunteers in Howard, Winneshiek and Allamakee counties.
An informational meeting for persons interested in volunteering for the Tri-County Chapter of the American Red Cross will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the organization's office at 1111 Paine Street in Decorah. The meeting is designed to give prospective volunteers some information about the Red Cross and the opportunities available.
