Palisades Park has reopened to vehicle traffic

The Decorah Parks and Recreation Department has reopened the road through Palisades Park.

The park had been closed because of storm damage.  The Park-Rec Department now has completed a number of improvements to the park, including installation of new guardrails.

The park has a commanding view of Decorah, looking west.
