Second bald eagle chick has hatched

Another bald eagle chick has hatched at the eagle's nest across from the Decorah Fish Hatchery.  The bald eagle couple has laid three eggs this season.  One egg hatched on Saturday and the second egg apparently hatched on Tuesday.
