Woman's death is ruled accidental

The death of a Decorah woman is being ruled accidental. The State Medical Examiner's Office has issued the ruling in the death of 30-year-old Jessica Moeller. Her body was discovered in her house at 601 Decorah Avenue on February 1st. The results of an autopsy were released by the Medical Examiner's Office on Thursday.
