Audition call for New Minowa summer production of "State Fair"

Auditions for the New Minowa Players' summer production of "State Fair" will be held Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28 at 2 p.m. in the NMP Theatre at 906 S. Mill St.

Principal and featured roles call for approximately 6 men, 4 women and a 10-12 year old girl. Additional roles include a men's quartet (speaking lines), barkers, roustabouts, vendors, and fairgoers. Children will be included in the musical and crowd scenes.

Those auditioning are asked to bring a prepared vocal selection. Choreographer Carol Huntzicker will be in Decorah for one week and auditioners will be asked to indicate their interest in dance.
