Decorah Police arrest man on public intoxication charges

Decorah Police say they discovered an intoxicated man while on patrol on Saturday morning. 19-year-old Jordan Briggs of Nevada, Iowa was arrested on public intoxication charges after being stopped by police along College Drive shortly after midnight.
