Waterloo man arrested on sexual abuse charges

A Waterloo man has been arrested on 3rd degree sexual abuse charges. Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies say they started an investigation last month into 19-year-old Brandon Steiber's relationship with a minor girl. After obtaining additional evidence with the help of the Winneshiek County Attorney's Office, police arrested Steiber on Friday on one court of sexual abuse in the 3rd degree, which is a Class C felony.
