Winneshiek County Community Foundation elects new officers

The Winneshiek County Community Foundation Board of Directors has elected a new slate of officers.

Ron Taylor of Decorah has been elected President, Jerry Freund of Decorah has been elected Vice President, Tom Ridout of Calmar has been elected Secretary and Roger Huinker of Decorah has been elected Treasurer.
