Decorah Police arrest Wisconsin man on burglary and theft charges

Decorah Police have arrested a Wisconsin man. Police say 19-year-old Andrew Wojciehowski of Port Washington, Wisconsin, was observed entering vehicles in the Regents parking lot at Luther College. He was arrested and charged with burglary and theft.
